Jam Even More a Success

The jam is looking/tasting even better after a night in the fridge. Now I feel it is worthy of being given away (there's a lot more of it than I could hope to eat before it goes bad). To that end, my stored up pimento jars will come to great use and be filled with jam and gifted away.

Dad, you would love this stuff. It's even tarter than the red plum jam you like so much, and has this wonderful hint of orange to make it a multi-dimensional flavor. I'll make it some time when I'm home and you can see.

As for the car, well, it's a long wait, and so AMS and I dropped it off and got a ride back up to campus. We'll stay here until they call to tell me it's done, and then we'll beg a ride back.

Until then, I'm lesson planning at school and probably grading some stuff. But no, the apartment hasn't burned down. Knock on some more wood.

Last night, I gave Charlotte a kitty treat, and this morning she yucked up all over my living room. So that's it for treats/extras of all kinds for a long while. She almost never got them before, but now I don't see any in her future for a long, long time.

And that's all the updates fit to write. Have good days.

Love and Peace
