Message from the "wizard"

Just got mail from the wizard that I've been remiss in my duties. Seems that planning to grade less when the drafts are short and more when they are long (and when most graders have bulked up on small papers to skip the long ones) is not smiled upon.

Enter passive aggressive mode.

Fine, then. I will join the multitude of graders who get ahead fast in order to avoid the work of grading a 2000 word paper. I suppose when the turn around time lags into a month like is has in the past due to this strategy on the part of graders, I will be a joyful part of the problem, because that's what the wizard seems to encourage.

A-ok, and fine by me. It's two hours a day until the end, and I'll be done grading in two weeks or less. Right when they need graders the most. Serves 'em right.
