Hey Peeps

Did you watch the eclipse? I did. Lots of clouds, about a solid half hour, all put together of moon. I was upset. I had very much looked forward to it. A friend and I camped out on her lawn and stared for hours, while reading for class by flashlight. Can't be wasting time, now can we? If anyone out there *did* manage to see it, tell me how it looked. Just because.

Oh, and anyone who has been trying to call me and getting long rings and no answer: the phone was not working. Now, it is working, so you should be able to get through.

My main projects for the weekend are as follows: Grading, Story, Grading, Paper, Grading, Philosophy Statement. I had to cut it down to what I could actually accomplish. The rest is on the list still, but it's for when I get sick of doing the rest or actually have time.

So far, I've done three rounds of grading (that's five papers a round), have gotten my phone fixed, posted my assignments to TOPIC, and eaten breakfast. Not too bad, although I do wish I could have squeezed in a little time for candy up at the office. It's probably all gone by now, but that's alright.

On a side note (or perhaps end note), aren't you impressed at the semi-return of my posts? They're shorter, yes, but at least they take place. Happy Halloween, folks, and don't shoot any cats. Even if they *do* spend all night yowling at the door for a good rut or two.

End.
