Recovery

After a full day spent chained to the bathroom, and a night of pretty much the same, I am beginning to feel better. I had a piece of toast for lunch today and there's been no ill reaction, so I'll have a nice bowl of cream of wheat tonight. Tomorrow I'll be able to go to work, catch up on everything, plan some lessons...

Yep. It's bland food until the week is out, but I can deal. There's no sense in moving too quickly, is there? Answer: nope!

And since there's literally been very little in my body for a while now (except a piece of toast and more cups of water than I can remember), it's a good time to begin carefully choosing what goes into this here body. It's no longer got any bad food to speak of, so I figure, let's keep it that way. I've got ingredients in the fridge for chicken casserole and lasagna, both quite nice and wholesome. I'll make one on the weekend, and the other the next weekend. Leftovers for lunch, sandwich for dinner, fruit for snacking, and veggies on the side. Who's compaining?

Love and Peace
