Kitty-Proofing

Hey people. How's it going?

Yeah, so my officemate's friend--the one with the kittens--decided to keep them. So my officemate feels really bad about it, so she's coming over tomorrow after I pay off my pet fees to the leasing office, and we're going to go around town setting up house for a cat. Then she's going to take me to the mall, and I'll pick out a kitten there. These little guys will have already gotten their shots, so that's one less thing for me to worry about. And this means I get the kitten a little over a week ahead of time. That's more kitten time! I'm quite excited about this development, although I wasn't at all upset with the way things were going to go before. And that's stuff. I heard about this at about noon, so I figure I have today to completely remake my apartment. I've been very busy. I don't think I've ever unpacked this quickly. Yikes.

So I've just about got my bedroom finished, and the living room is looking better. But there's still a lot to do, so this post will be cut short. See you later tonight, or some time tomorrow. Take care. End.
