Charlotte has spent a good deal of time today looking up at the ceiling. The people upstairs (the ones who fight and scream at one another 75% of the time, and have rough, long lasting make up sex the other 25%) are at it again. When I first got back all was quiet. I remembered that the woman graduated from something at the end of last semester (could have been college, could have been academy of some kind, could have been anything, really), so I just figured they had moved away. But no. They're still here. They must have gotten back from a vacation, or maybe they've been house hunting elsewhere and are back to pack things up and move. While it is interesting living beneath them, I won't be sad to see them go. Unless a rock band moves in, or a horde of screaming children. Then I'll be really sad.
I went to pick E up at the airport today. There was a miscommunication, as she thought she'd told me to change the day, and I hadn't thought to verify the date. So I'm going to go to the airport tomorrow, to pick E up and take her home. I'll consider it a dry run.
I did manage to go to the office today, clean out my desk etc., pick up photos, and shop for veggies. For dinner in about eight minutes, I'll be having lasagna, which will be eaten during a Star Wars movie fest. I'll probably only watch two of them, and then call it a night.
Well, I'll be going now. Dinner awaits.
End.
