Back to Normal

Well, I've had a busy little day today, and got almost everything on my list accomplished.

The sinking tire wasn't sinking at all, or at least the tire guy at Wal-mart says that's the case. I purchased one of those tire gauges while I was there, so that I can keep an eye on it.

I have restocked some of my foodstuffs, and now have only to buy all my fruits and veggies at United. The other stuff was cheaper and more convenient to get at my first stop.

The calendar, litter and cat box are taken care of, and my little baby is back where she belongs, curled up on my legs while I type this. We went straight back into routine, with none of the shy stalking around and skittishness I'd been prepared for.

I've got a new shelf in my closet, which will get some of the stuff off the floor. It's supposed to go over a toilet, but I did the measurements and found one big enough to go over the drawers in the closet.

Stuff starts happening Tuesday. I've got until then to prepare myself. Here's hoping for a terrific semester.
