a] no processed foods, where 'processed' means there's an ingredient i can't pronounce. or couldn't pick out of a lineup. or that isn't actually real. yeah.
b] no bleached, milled, etc. flour, of any kind, in any product; all whole wheat or nothing.
c] add at least one row of the stole every day.
d] all of the above.
certainly, b is sort of involved in a. and c would be beneficial to the wrist and a great way to alot time.
if any of the above habits became ... truly habitual in any way, i would be a healthier person [physically and mentally].
i'm leaning toward e] a and c. b is kind of a cop out version of a. and i think a would be challenging.
so if i do end up coming home, oh parental unit, meals would be interesting.
