Why?
Why do things like this happen? Why would someone do this? Just why?
Lord, please be with the families of the victims, with the injured, with the survivors. Please be with the family of the shooter. Be with the students and faculty and staff. Be with the medical personel and the police. This is a horrible event, and only too solid proof that sin is alive and well in this world. Please grant what healing and comfort are available to those touched by this. And some measure of understanding.
